We work directly with underprivileged communities in the slums of Delhi, Gurgaon, and Noida. Our mission focuses on:

Our Projects

Ashwagandha Plant Awareness Camp

( The Ashwagandha Awareness Camp at Shiv Vihar attracted over 500 participants, offering valuable information and screenings on eye health, blood pressure, bone density, blood sugar, and thyroid health. The event highlighted the benefits of Ashwagandha in promoting overall well-being, encouraging participants to incorporate it into their daily routines for better health. )

( The Ashwagandha Awareness Program at Ganesh Nagar Primary School engaged students in a drawing competition, where they created artwork of Ashwagandha medicinal plants. The top three students received trophies, while all participants were awarded certificates. Additionally, food distribution took place for the entire school, promoting health and community spirit. )

( The Ashwagandha Awareness Program at SVK Kanya Vidyalaya (Outer Ring Road, Vikas Puri) featured a speech competition where students highlighted the benefits of Ashwagandha plants. Certificates were awarded to all participants, and fruits were distributed to the entire school, promoting health and raising awareness about Ashwagandha’s benefits. )

( The Ashwagandha Awareness Program was inaugurated by Dr. Deepshika Kalra, Dean of Meri College, alongside Jitendra Vishisht, Research Officer at NMPV, and Suman Sharma, Founder Chairperson of Nav Darpan. The event also saw the presence of Sanjay Sahu, Secretary, and Sumit Uppal, Treasurer, with Prajwal Ankar contributing to the event’s organization. Their invaluable support played a crucial role in the success of this awareness program.

This initiative not only emphasized the significance of Ashwagandha but also offered participants a platform to engage in meaningful discussions through debates and speech competitions, further promoting the role of medicinal plants in modern healthcare. )

( The Health and Hygiene Session at Sarvodaya Kanya Vidyalaya focused on promoting awareness about personal hygiene and its importance in maintaining overall health. Experts conducted interactive sessions on topics such as proper handwashing techniques, menstrual hygiene, and nutrition. The event aimed to empower students with essential knowledge to lead healthier lives and cultivate good hygiene habits. Practical demonstrations, along with informative discussions, made the session engaging and impactful, contributing to the well-being of the students. )
